Third-Party Integrations

Google Sheets

When you connect your Google account to Formgent, we use Google OAuth to securely access your Google Sheets. We request permission to:

  1. Read your spreadsheet list (via Google Drive read-only)
  2. Send form data to your selected sheet (via Google Sheets API)

We only access the sheets you choose, and we do not store or access any other files in your Google Drive. You can disconnect access anytime from your plugin settings or your Google Account.

Google User Data Retention and Deletion

Formgent only accesses Google Sheets and Drive files that the user explicitly selects through the integration process. We do not access any other Google user data.

  1. Data Storage: All data, including access tokens and sheet connections, is stored locally on your own WordPress site and never on Formgent’s servers.
  2. Data Deletion: You can disconnect your Google account and delete your integration data at any time from your WordPress admin panel under Formgent settings.
  3. Token Revocation: Users may also revoke Google account access via their Google account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Zapier

When using Zapier with Formgent, we only send the form data that you choose to the Zapier platform. No other information is shared, and Zapier handles all automation on their side, following their own privacy policy.

Data Storage

All settings, form submissions, and connection tokens are stored locally on your WordPress site. Formgent does not store any data on external servers.
